A joint meeeting with RC Jawalakhel was held on 30th August 2008 at Jawalakhel. The meeting discussed on ideas on joing projects. The president of RC Biratnagar Midtown was also present on the occassion to discuss on the formation of twin club with RC Mt Everest.
